Submit a Request
Fill out the form on the website or call us. Specify the number of records and desired services.

Hand Over Records
We can collect in London by prior arrangement: £20 each way in RM, IG and E postcodes, £50 each way elsewhere in London inside the M25. You can also send your records by post or courier at your cost, or hand them over at our address by arrangement.

Cleaning & Digitisation
We clean with ultrasound the records you have ordered cleaning for, and digitise recordings in your chosen format. Cleaning usually takes 1–2 working days (intensive cleaning 2–3), counted once your records have reached us and the type of treatment has been agreed; digitisation takes 2–7 working days depending on the package, counted from the day your records reach us; delivery time is separate. Need it sooner? Priority turnaround is £25 per order (next working day, up to 10 records) — we confirm it before you pay.

Getting Records to Us
By post or courier
Send your records by post or courier at your cost, in rigid packaging. Return is at cost; when our services in the order total £300 or more after discounts, including any type of cleaning, return by Royal Mail Tracked 48 within the UK is free. Only that return is free; collection is always charged.
Hand over in person
Prefer to hand your records over in person? Get in touch first and we will arrange a time at our company address.

Records come back in rigid packaging and fresh anti-static inner sleeves.
