Cleaning usually takes 1–2 working days (standard and deep) or 2–3 working days (intensive), counted once your records have reached us and the type of treatment has been agreed. We agree the type of treatment and the price before we start. Extra cycles are run only when needed. The result depends on the record’s condition: cleaning does not remove scratches or deformation, and we cannot guarantee that all contamination will be removed.
Digitisation turnaround is counted from the day your records reach us (cleaning — as described above); delivery time is separate. We send the records back once the work is finished. Batches of 20 records or more are agreed when you order. Need it faster? Priority turnaround is £25 per order for next working day, on orders of up to 10 records — we confirm it before you pay; for larger batches ask us first and we will say honestly whether we can meet the date.
No VAT is charged — we are not VAT-registered. If we become VAT-registered, VAT at the applicable rate will be added from that date. Records by post or courier at your cost, or hand-over by arrangement; collection in London for a fee; free return by Royal Mail Tracked 48 within the UK when our services in the order total £300 or more after discounts, including any type of cleaning. Only that return is free; collection is always charged.
TRY BEFORE YOU PAY
Free Test Digitisation
One track (3–5 minutes) from one of your records, digitised free of charge and sent to your email as an MP3. One test per client; postage is at your cost. If you then order a package, the full digitisation of that record is charged at the package price.
