1. Service Description

VinylRestore London provides professional vinyl record cleaning, digitization, audio restoration, and delivery services in London. All services are subject to these terms and conditions.

2. Orders and Payment

Prices are listed per record and may vary depending on the service selected. A 15% discount applies to orders of 50 or more records. Payment is due upon completion of services. We accept bank transfers and major credit/debit cards.

3. Care and Liability

We take the utmost care with your vinyl records. All collections are insured during the period they are in our possession. However, we cannot be held liable for pre-existing damage or defects. We will assess and document the condition of each record upon receipt.

4. Delivery

Free pickup and delivery is available across London for orders of 10 or more records. For smaller orders, a delivery fee may apply. We use specialist packaging to ensure the safe transportation of your collection.

5. Digital Files

Digitized files are stored in our cloud for 30 days after delivery. It is your responsibility to download and back up your files within this period. After 30 days, files may be permanently deleted. We are not responsible for any loss of files after the storage period.
